I've worked with Fundkite for years now, never had any issues with them, always on-point with response times. One of my go-to funders in their niche within space(ie. Pearl), always give them chance to compete on my files. Steve Kamhi brought me onboard when he left Nulook to join them. John Cutignola director of ISO relations now, came over from Fundsmart, and is a back in the day, Ein Cap guy, solid to work with. Alex Shvarts, founder and CTO, is a great hands on operator, member of Forbes Technology Council, with tons of proprietary work completed within Fintech space. Alex went above and beyond with Steve on a large, hard to fund media company file I had looking for 1.5m with limited financials due to being 6 months into a subsidiary venture of their parent company. Alex stepped in and negotiated directly with CEO of media company, handling due diligence personally and solidifying relationship, while on vacation/trip to France for a conference, go figure. Great team all around at Fundkite, from underwriting to support staff.

it seems they broker out . not saying backdoor as in not paying the rep . more that you send them a file and merchant will get 4 credit pulls

Rather than sending the file to Fundkite (who will then submit to YSC) you should just submit to YSC yourself.

Yes they seem to broker out. Never had success with numerous deals I sent their way. Either declined and I fund with another funder, or they give low offers.

They either send you bs low offers or decline the files just to keep you submitting. Dirty brokers.

And of course require a submission level to be eligible for renewal commission. If your ISO agreement with anyone has that language these days, strike and initial the **** out of it and demand it be removed. Hard pass on Fundkite. Though their spam game is up there with Bruce @ Kalamata. lol
