Simply Funding is signed up with a variety of different processors who allows us to split directly. If we have to fund through the lockbox, we can fund while lockbox activations is in process and collect payments via ACH in the meantime. Basic Guidelines:

o Revenue should be 10-15k+ minimum monthly for a 1st position, $25k - $30k+ for a second.

o Cannot have more than 3-5 returned payments in a month
o Merchant cannot have any previous defaults or payment issues with previous cash advance companies.
o Judgments and Liens are ok as long as they are in a payment plan, but if they are excessive we will decline the file.
o Prohibited industries are Real Estate, brokerage / financial services, auto dealerships, wholesale, lawyers.
o Average Balance 3x daily ACH (Standard Program) Average Balance 4x daily ACH (Premium Program)

o No more than 3-5 NSFs / Returned payments a month.
o Standard Programs minimum credit score is 575+. Premium Programs minimum credit score is 650+.

o Time in Business 1+ year (Standard Program), Time in Business 2+ years (Premium Program)

o Over 4 negative days will cause a 2 point increase as well as a credit score below 550.

o Exceptions are limited to 2 without approval from credit committee.

o Our max term is 10 months- 200 payments. Merchant must meet the requirements.
