I don't post here frequently but have been keeping up with this forum and been in the industry for about 5 years. Need 250k to purchase a business.

Company does retail/wholesale of niche houseware items
Business Inception: 2007
Based in NJ and Canada (2 seperate entities with sperate addresses and warehouses)
Combined sales $1.2m annually
Distributes internationally
Seeking 250k

Here's the juice, the merchant passed last year and the wife is owner now, she wants to sell it to the manager who has been there for 13 years. I am in touch with the manager. His credit is nothing special but the business has A/R well over 250k.
