If you want me to submit it to fundingcircle, I can for you. I work with them, and fundation, and credibility... those are your best 3 bets here, unless you sign up with US bank, or another bank, and charge your fee... other then that go knock knocking on heavens door (the sba)...

If they qualify at those places almost always they qualify sba- higher loan amounts and cheaper rate. It just depends on what’s more important to the borrower. I only go the non sba route if it’s time sensitive because the non sba gets done in10 days, then usually flip it to an sba loan not long after

also why does he have 2 positions on a construction development?
How much of his own money has he put in?
