    Cash Buyer Looking For Real Estate in NY & Brooklyn Area up to $5 Million

    I have a cash buyer interested in purchasing properties in the $2-5 million range out in Williamsburg, Lower E. Side, Brownsville, E. New York, Red Hook, Park Slope area.

    Mainly multi units, perhaps in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, etc...

    Looking to deal with DIRECT OWNERS preferably; not RE agents in between.

    Sounds like a wholesaler, why would you come to the Daily Funder looking for real estate? I would suggest, Contacting a realtor, Auction.com,hubzu, homepath ( foreclosures) etc...

    IF you have a serious buyer and he can place an escrow deposit, we have several REO's in that area.
