None. Still a super broker. It's not so pricey, now when I have them move the office to Brickell this summer, that's when it gets pricey lol

Brickell is sick bro. Nicest class A office space in South Florida

I know but I was born and raised in NY. I like the hustle and bustle. Plus as mrmrg said, Class A office space.

There is great class office space in other locations. I have a lot of friends on Brickell that are dying to get out. Traffic sucks, no good parking, and wait till there's a good rain storm.... You can swim to the office or catch fish in the street.

Born and raised in Miami, Brickell is dumb for a sales office......The employees you want / hire would likely be traveling out of the way to get to Brickell only just to have it as a flex. You want to keep your bottom line fat go to NW broward like Pines, Davie or Coral Springs area. Thats where most call centers are located, labor is cheap as is the office expense. Brickell is for the highly educated crowd aka Law firms, accounting firms and conglomerates etc.

Theres a WeWork right in Brickell City Centre, it can be used for startups and other small businesses. Although its not cheap, either is manhattan, brooklyn or the likes.

WeWork is the BEST place for ANY Brokerage / Funder to begin their operation - We started in a WeWork with 3 people, and stayed there until we had 25 employees and outgrew the capability of that location. I highly recommend it. Plus nothing beats free fruit flavor water...

Unless the free fruit flavored water has Linalool in it, which is used in insecticides to
terminate cockroaches, which was/is the case with LaCroix water.

The lawsuit against LaCroix sounded worse than it actually was, as Linalool is a naturally occurring plant compound. The perception is still bad, and the damage to the brand is still impacting the company as their value has been in free fall since the filing. There was another chemical in there as well used to treat cancer.
