CFGMS has proven lately that we can play ball in the A/B Paper 2nd - 3rd position files. Factor rates become smaller, and terms go out longer. It really depends on the health and nature of the business, and who the 1st position in the deal is. But, these type of offers and fundings are becoming easier for us to compete on.

Im doing a 105k 1.32 160 day deal without a COJ today. (Paying iso 4)

Our Niche is 2nd positions because we price them comparable to a 1st of the top tier A paper funders. On a 2nd we can offer a 1.17 over 6 months. We go up to 10 months on 2nd's. We offer 1.19 buy rate on a 6 month 3rd and we go out as far as 8 months. So yeah, I feel pretty confident competing in that space. No COJ is required for any deal $75k and under as long as there is no COJ in front of us.
