    Hard Money Commercial Loan For Agricultural Properties

    Anybody know some great lenders who can fund those types of properties, land and all?

    Borrower credit isn't great at all: 530. But he pays on his cash advances without missing a beat.

    Need fast funding preferably. Rate isn't an issue as long as it's not insane.

    I wouldn't use WBL for this, USDA offers Ag Loans.
