Contractor with 2 small positions open needs buyout and 1st position

I have a contractor that averages 120K per month in deposits and that has strong contracts for upcoming work. He owes 11k on 1 position and 18k on another. He would need a 58K offer to pay the 2 balances and net 29K

Personal credit around 500. Has tax liens with payment plans in place.

Any takers. No 3rd position.

I have a monopoly on this type of deal. I can consolidate 2-4 advances into one payment for the merchant.
