    Capital stack?

Does anyone have any feedback about capital stack? I know they been around for a few years now and they own this forum but I haven't seen them on statements.

They are like most of your typical 1st position funders. Have great offer but stip heavy and are not gonna win any awards when it comes to speed.

On the flip side, they have a great platform that got a lot of funders in the industry started.

    Capital stack?

Capstack's best asset is its platform, probably the best in the industry

No, I've done 1st through 3rd's with them. I say firsts because they can do 12 months and ridiculous offers.

That's because they conceal their name by registering entities with names similar to their competitors. David Rubin is the owner and CEO of:

    • Platinum 2.0, LLC
    • Velocity Funding Group, LLC
    • S.O.S. Capital Funding, LLC
    • Westwood Funding, LLC
    • Mountain Credit, LLC
    • Global Funding Experts Capital, LLC
    • TVT 2.0, LLC
    • C6 Capital Funding, LLC
    • OneFunder, LLC
    • King Capital Funding, LLC
    • Tru Capital Funding, LLC
    • Spartan Funding, LLC
    • Samson Capital Funding, LLC
    • Cornell 2.0 LLC
    • Cardinal Equity Funding, LLC
    • InAdvance 2.0, LLC
    • Change Capital Funding, LLC
    • Accel Capital Funding, LLC
    • Lendworthy, LLC
    • Lendtek Capital Funding, LLC
    • Sutton Capital Funding, LLC

So you might see these companies in statements and think it's somebody else, but it's really Capital Stack.

100% of them are owned by David Rubin. Check the Utah Secretary of State. He opened up LLCs in all of these names and funds under them.

Those funders might be on their platform and CS uses those entities for their true white label but doesn't mean David Is the owner of half the funders in the industry.

I actually signed up with capital stack last week and have been getting very aggresive offers, about to fund 85k 7months 1.42 making 15 on a second.

Cap stack has 2 sides to there business been that way for years.
They have the white label and then there own funding side. I have never worked with either side of them

David Rubinov was his name originally, "Rubinov acknowledged in court filings in New York that he changed his name to Rubin; those suing Rubinov’s companies believe he did it to cover his tracks and that investors wouldn’t have done business with him had they known his birth name."
