Looking for a funder who does buyouts

A few more details are needed:

-What industry?
-Is it an asset purchase or a stock purchase?
-What is the purchase price? How much equity is being contributed by the buyer?
-Are the sellers staying with the Company? Are they using a seller's note in the capital structure?
-What are the assets of the business? Are the assets staying at the company along with the liabilities?
-What are the current liabilities? Is their a senior lender that needs to be paid off?
