Not when everyone and they brother is e-mail blasting deals to "funders" who in turn are using somebody else's application to pull credit.

Couldn't agree more. I keep being told by ISO's that they send a file to an average of 10 funders....10!!!

This is pretty hard to believe. Anyone with even a year's experience should be able to get things right with at most 3 tries. With experience, 1-2 submissions per file.

I OP was commenting on the pull % on the merchant's sales. Not credit pulls.

I think he meant pulling more payments then they are supposed to , as in the loan is 120 payments and on the 125th day they are still pulling

one of the issues here is that 99.9% of funds go by CLEARED balance, so there will inevitably be 2-5 pending payments when the merchant shows paid in full. Then you throw bounce fees (or whatever fees) on top...and it looks like overcollection, when in fact, you are following the letter fo the contract

If its just the cleared balance issue then ususally within a week it is refunded to the merchant anyways, but sometimes if someone stacks behind them or they miss payments then yeah they get to keep it by rule of that contract they sign
