Got a restaurant, which was just purchased an existing franchise chain in 2016 during the tax filing, the ownership on the k1 for 2016 taxes does not show the new owner do to filing dates,

current taxes are on extension & current offer wont move forward because no K1

-Even with a sale purchase agreement or a corp resolution....?

Have you tried having the client file taxes quickly with complete estimates, and file amended taxes by October?

Not sure about the amount we can fund this type of merchant, but we like restaurants, and I can get the proof of ownership handled with a notarized, verifiable, purchase and sale agreement.

Mantis would only really need a K1 if we see questionable ownership's or etc or maybe after ownership transfers. FYI..we are now mastering 'THE-MANTIS-FASTBALL' with so many brokers targeting the same merchant you need a funder that can price and fund in 'FASTBALL MODE' so you can receive the funding email before others reply with a price.
