Seek 150K collateral (asset based ) loan
I have a client net worth of 2.5 million and wants to do a collateral deal as he has equity in real estate- with a low monthly cash flow of about 30K. He wants 150K loan. Any takers??? He's been patiently waiting and wants it ASAP.
