We are very aggressive in the food and hospitality industry, healthcare, and manufacturing. 1/3 of our deals are splits or lock-boxes too. But instead of waiting for the credit card processor to verify the first batch being deposited, we fund the deal and begin collecting via ACH. The ACH will automatically turn off when the first batch comes in. This usually saves 1 to 4 business days. Very easy and simple.

Yes, we can as long as we are the 2nd position. If merchant has two ACHs, we can buy out a position on a net 50% and be a second on a split/lockbox.

*We can never come in as a second split. Buy outs on a splits goes as the same as i mentioned above ^.
