A few things to know:
- They do have an 80-person broker floor - Assume what you will about backdooring
- Get app & banks, submit to them, they take care of everything else (pitch, sale, close) and they'll pay 5 points at 1.22 sell rates, and unlike OnDeck, they'll include all renewals. They claim to have an 80% closing rate. Take it for fact or leave it.
- Close 5 deals in a 90-day period (don't quote me, do your own DD) and they'll upgrade to full broker status
