People keep declining this file on me because on his website he uses the term "Financial Services" to explain the Accounting, Tax Prep, Bookeeping, ETC Services he offers. A Term on his website doesn't make him a Restricted Industry.

Yes I Understand Financial Services are a Restricted Industry, but this is like Money Managers, etc... Accounting and Bookeeping is not a restricted Industry, even thoiugh he defines these services as "Financial Services"

I want to pull my hair out, are there any underwriters who wont let a term on his website define his business and will actually look at his type of business
