    Yellowstone Employee Stealing Deals

    Isaac Stern

You still offer money for catching employees backdooring?

I gave a guy his 1st Position 2 weeks ago. Submitted to YS for a second.

    I get a 10k Offer.

Then a subsidiary of Yellowstone Magically calls my merchant and sends him a contract for 12k.

I have the Contracts and the Merchant never submitted anywhere else, there is no multi broker scenario, it is theft.

Not Bashing YS as a whole. Just our Rep.

could it be that the people that funded the first position have an employee there that may have done something?

the people you funded with the first time were they the only ones that you submitted to?

because in my experience if you funded the first time with a better lender you wouldnt go straight to ysc for a second position

hence i see holes in the story

It wasnt a better lender - it was a **** lender. I submitted it solely to YS, and then the next day supposedly was resubmmited to YS.

Im just making it public to get eyse on it.

I want an email chain of the other submission. My merchant never spoke to anyone else. the contract is a YS contract higher than my approval.

YS Employees claim multiple brokers submit it. But it only was sent to YS.

YS then sent it out and had someone resubmit it - and gave them a better offer. Thats what Happened. Period.

YS gets .00004 of my business, they now get 0

The merchant told the broker who tried backdooring it he only deals with me, losing the deal isnt an issue. its the blantant ****ery

The file was only submitted to YS. Called an Hour after I submitted it, and Contracts sent later on after I requested them. ONLY YS. There is no other options.

People can say whatever they want.

Im done with my rep, it is what it is, I know its not the entire act of a company.

Even my interactions regarding this incident yielded guilty responses.

Im done. Just Sharing my personal experience.

My rep at YS Puts our shared Name to Shame. Smh.

Ill comment no more on this, as i know it goes back and forth too often, i shared my experience and would warn other forum member to stay away from said rep.

I regret even posting this. Everyone has an Opinion. Smh.

    Addressing them is pointless.

The Backdoor System wrks like this:

File comes in to YS from Broker #1 (Me)
    Gets Inputted
At some point is shot out to Broker #2, and resent in to YS
Broker #2 somehow gets a larger offer
YS has deniability because "theres competition" it was submitted by multiple ISO's

they just were not counting on YS being the only lender this was submitted to at the time. And the merchant has no history of MCA's prior to us funding his 1st position.

    Theres no explaining this away.

Im off the forums for a feww months, have a nice start to the year

people just aggravate the **** out of me

I can tell you in the past, I have seen two different offers come to two different ISO's with the same exact data. Especially, if it's an in house ISO as a general practice in the business

    It's amazing.

EVERYONE that works with Yellowstone KNOWS that they are High Speed, They are GREEN Capital, they are Capital Advance, they are literally 15 other names

YET they are so naive to buy Yellowstone's story that "oh, this isn't us" - and it just continues it has for years?!?!?!?!!

    Seriously, can you wake up?

I can't tell you how many times I see High Speed or Green renewing Yellowstone positions, but the contract is structured like it's a completely other funder paying off YSC.

Capital Advance was Steve Davis, sure and I'm sure a few other names were as well... but was Steve Davis just sitting in their office making his own money? NO.

    STOP being so naive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every rep at Yellow has the ability to get different offers. I hear where you're coming from. Hope you get to the bottom of it.

Obviously YSC is doing things right as their number show. I stopped business with them years ago as they could not be trusted. For a bigger shop they are great smaller shop I find better offers with other funders.

intellectual property, we should be marketing it soon, but will not disclose functioning components. But it should yield well for a class action from what data we are recording.

Nothing new here, Isaac has been notified of this issue and doesn't seem to care, nor will he address it internally.

A simple software program can solve this and track every function of his computers.

Ask your merchant who contacted him or her.
