    Real Estate Hard Money 2nd position

    can any of the hard money guys on here do 2nd position behind an SBA mortgage on real estate? is that even possible. Lenders who can lend based off straight equity

    whats the ltv of the sba loan vs the property amount? and is the whole realesatte encumbered or just the amount on the sba loan?

    does the sba contract have a clause to call in the loan if a 2nd position is placed on the property?

    what kind of sba 7a loan ?
