    Dentist

    Have a dentist needs funding by 28th. Does close to 1M annually. He only has 1-2 deposits since this is his own 100 company and he does work under a larger Dental Company. He has numerous monthly clients but the issue is only this company that can show 1M annual and bank statements will sign not the larger Office. Not looking for 1.45

    5 years partner with the other practice but the other larger practice will not provide bank statements. Merchant needs 75-100,000.
    Good average balances around 30k

    We actually got 2 great offers with only 1 deposit per month! 12 month terms, NO COJ. Some funders are super aggressive to get deals funded before the end of the year!

    Where did you get approvals? Just curious as I have this issue with low frequency of deposits sometimes.

    Yeah National Funding/QuickBridge along with Strategic (if the former don't approve) have been my go-tos for this type of file. Just wondering if there were any others. Surprised how many lenders turn these types of deals down when it's otherwise a quality file.
