Below please find a press release for a facility I personal closed recently. It is an interesting deal as the Company had a bank line of credit that was not supporting the rapid growth and extended terms with customers. We see this a lot! Sometimes banks will not support the growth of great companies and the owners need to seek more flexible facilities to continue growing. Banks look for cash flow on lines not the underlying assets of the business. They are going to be a great client and I am glad that I was able to help them.

This deal came from an very highly respected attorney I have known for a very long time. She told the owner to call me as she knew we were going to be their best option. The owner called one of our competitors to compare our deal......they were no where even close to what we offered.
