I have a merchant, does Renovations and Remodeling for state owned projects... the current job (contract to renovate state owned university) should end by Dec or Jan , which he gets paid infull (400k - 600k) for services rendered... meanwhile he wants 50k for working capital .... his bank deposits fluctuate from 20k - 78k during the past 12 months... And has several NFS days... Bad credit ...
