I work with FundRite to get these done normally, but unfortunately they dont do deals in California. Suggestions for a good company to work with on these in Cali?

anyone have any thoughts on Arcarius, experiences good or bad? I could be wrong but looking at the ISO agreement I am not sure how much they do on their own paper and how much they Broker out

I agree Arcarius is a good shop. Their office is in the same building as one of our offices, 2 floors up. Jesse Guzman is a stand up guy if you need a contact.

Arcarius is direct and they are good at consolidations.

Kermit over at Arcarius is good to work with. He's on this board frequently.

We've done a couple good deals with them and they pay within a week.

FundRite, Mike Rose is the guy over there and I have had a lot of luck with them getting deals done and I have done a couple 500k+ deals. Not sure exactly what their cutoff is but I have yet to find a deal that is too big for them.

Just to be clear, we fund 100% in house. We allow certain brokers to white label and syndicate on OUR platform. Everybody who chimed in with positive feedback about Arcarius I really appreciate the recognition. Both Jesse Guzman and I pride ourselves on our relationships with brokers. Have only heard positive things about Arcarius so definitely use them on this deal if they already put in the work. In the future, you can send me any file for a reverse & I would be more than happy to give you an offer. We do it all in house and have a separate division that just focuses on these deals. As they say in many other aspects, "Size doesn't matter"....we can do over a Million.
