    Funnel leads?

    Hi all,

I'm having some conversations with a lead company who creates a custom landing page that will supposedly result in exclusive leads (from Facebook I presume). Does anyone have experience with "lead funnel" marketing?

    Thanks

I agree with broker time, you can create sales funnels yourself, quick google or youtube search will explain everything. - good luck.

Have you actually run FB ads? How long and what audience did you target? Ive been seeing a lot of ads from lenders these days so Im curiously following this thread.

Ive done PPC and had similar results with ppl applying with personal accounts you will always get that you just have to filter a little better.

i have tried FB and other social media add campaigns with 3 different companies that swear they can get results. Spent tens of thousands of $ with no results. None.

    They are worthless.

I just don't think many companies in need of financing will go search for business loans on facebook instead of Google.

Most of the feedback about results with FB marketing is correct, and the challenge comes in understanding how the mediums are different; while both Google and FB are online locations that drive a lot of traffic and generate a lot of eyeballs, the goals and intent of FB users are far more varied, and henceforth much more difficult to pin down and account for.

Unlike Google, its all about very selective exclusion. The goal isn't to bring people in to your funnel, it's to force people out.

Kind of like the landlord of the www.dumbleads.com building using force
to remove us from our basement office after 3 months of failed bartering
for a lease extension.... but, not quite....
