Purchase of Bankruptcy Checks?
Got a merchant who receives a check on a bi-monthly basis of about $2,800 each from a settlement he reached where a separate party filed bankruptcy (sorry if I didn't put this into writing well). He was hoping he could use this as collateral ($90,000 settlement) to receive working capital. Sounds like something that could be done on those JG Wentworth commercials lol.

For how long a period has the bankruptcy estate been making the $2800 payments? Do you know if it's an 11 or 13BK?
