No UCC

Who are the current Funders that do not file UCC? And show that on their contracts?

I know Quarterspot will say they do not file UCC with their ISO promotions, but I'm not sure if they explicitly say that on their contracts for the merchants.

There are a bunch that don’t file UCCs unless a default happens. Just not sure it’s mentioned in contracts.

We don't file UCCs unless the file ends up in collections. I don't think this is uncommon.

Most funders don't file UCC's now days until the deal Defaults. They don't want it ending up on a UCC list and have Debt Relief crawl into the deal.

National Funding doesn’t file UCCs up to $250K. Plus their product is excellent, and minimal stips to fund. Hit up Wyatt or Jason there — great guys.

BusinessBacker never does UCCs ever, but like lmonus said, most don't know until they default

BBB lists 46 complaints against them is that average?

We do not file a UCC either unless the merchant defaults.
