you are correct, this is exactly what I said before when I got yelled at. GRP does MCA deals on their paper and used BFS platform to fund their loans. All of it was done with GRP money. If that relationship has changed that I do not know

Entrust got bought out ...a lot of producers left,. I left in aug 2015

eventually, some of those brokers made there way back to me after the non compete so thats why they do not like me

They were bought out by BFS thru a "stock swap" and compensation plan. They ran independently of BFS. I was out of one of the offices.

Once they were bought out they choose to do whatever it is with the merchants the sales force splintered in Tampa, some stayed behind. Enter Karen stage right.

My guess is the 1st company looked at it and it went to final underwriting and they pulled the credit again.

BFS and GRP are 2 lenders who have been in the space for a long time. You are way off on this one. Both of these companies have been in the space since MCA's were only split deals off of credit card processing

80-90% of deals are loans with fixed dailys or weeklys so BFS was funding quite a bit for them it seems. Who does splits anymore, maybe 15% max of deals that come in if that? It's easy to tell just by reading a merchant contract and where the venues are for legal etc. white labeling is easy
