Unique did a crazy $150k deal to a merchant which we lost to. and rdm PAID OFF YELLOW when we funded with yellow.

I would imagine they lost because of a combination of speed and size of offers. We all know these merchants are working with multiple brokers. Or, if they aren’t working with multiple brokers when you get their file, they soon will be. So getting offers out before the next is crucial. Jake beats everyone in the industry with speed. And, TBH, it’s not even close. Additionally, they’ve added some technology with their portal setup. Little things like that matter — even if brokers don’t use them. Perception matters. People want to see technology embraced.

Mantis could learn from them. Not saying your underwriting is slow during the approval process, but it’s not necessarily fast. You guys do seem to provide offers into the evening at time, so kudos for that. But everything from your processes to your personal emails seem like something from a decade ago. Your personal emails — comic sans fonts, size 50 font, 10 different font colors and background colors (including magenta) — look ridiculous. The chain emails with “see below” and the 11 people CCd .... What is that? No reason Mantis shouldn’t change that immediately. And I say this with no intentions on being a prick (for once).

FYI #1 thing to close deals isnt fancy font and portals. Its crediblity and Results

You do not see people yelling about jake all over the place other than people saying ...he is fast to fund and underwrite

Mantis Charges a PSF???? CFG Merchant Solution NEVER EVER charges a PSF. There is a standard 3-5% Funding Fee and that's it. That's Crazy West i didn't know that.

we do not have a standard PSF. discuss with account manager. and some large funding companies will say CFG has a 3-5% Funding FEE!???? ON EACH FUNDING !!!???? THATS CRAZY LOL SO EACH COMPANY HAS DIFFERENT FEE'S

in a while another funder will come on and say CFG has funding fee?? we don't have any fee!!

My point is your announcing you have a 5% fee all while calling a fee from another company (only on some deal on some deals) crazy... just find it to be ironic ...

Thats actually not crazy considering the sandbox we are in and the competition we have, our fees are one of the cheapest. I have nothing against Mantis, as a matter of fact i promote you as a healthy alternative or competitor. But a PSF? I hope this is fake news.
