West coast is displaying ( what he calls being a pri **k ) the Slap and the Hug

it is a selling technique....you slap the client or competitor ...then you hug them compliment them

So he pretty much says "mantis sks" slap

then he eventually says... "well I expect them to win, they will win,"

call it what you want psf, funding fee, processing fee, it's all considered "junk fees" outside the cost of capital the borrower has to pay. the real ? is, whats the TRUE cost to borrow from your companies at the end of the day all fees included
