For an Update just to Everyone.
SOS was great to work with. I kind of shy away from them for being Stip Heavy, but when you need good Rates, the stips are totally worth it. The Underwriter Sam has been great to work with. Dave was Great. All in all, Smooth and Easy.

Site Inspection Done, all Stips Satisfied, Funding Call being completed as we speak and wire going out today.

And best of all since he Stacked we can get him away from the 1st Position Lender (Which was IOU as well BTW) and Hopefully have him for a while.

From Merchant: In 4 Months I look forward to seeing what you can do for the 1st Position. Make sure you call me because I know IOU will be calling me, they always do when i am 60% Paid in.

He will be about 70% Paid in when this 2nd we just Funded him on Friday is Paid Off (with his plans to get the 1.13 Obviously) So Hopefully SOS Can continue this beating of IOU and take over the 1st Positon.

Just Giving another Shoutout to SOS.

This very same Merchant paid off IOU Yesterday. And SOS was able to do 300k, 6 Months at a 1.10 (With Rapid Payoff Structure) To Beat out IOU's Renewal Offer for the Merchant.

Also, the Merchant called SOS Directly, and SOS did what ever funder should and contacted me, and sent the renewal contract to me.

It just went full Circle on this post, from looking for an offer, to funding, and now Renewing.

Merchant on the phone said "My Guy at IOU is so mad, he hates you" - It's just funny my post started as "I Hate IOU" lol - and now they hate me.

I actually love both companies though, in this case moreso SOS, if i was the broker at IOU id obviously prob love IOU
