Question Need 15k longer term loan for client!

She runs a day care, in Cali, been in business almost a year, consistently 6500 monthly, no current loans. She just got approved to double her occupancy, and can accept more kids via a govt contract, she needs 15 to 20 k to get the expansion done. 545 credit, Some broker told her he can get her 15k at 100.00 daily, and a credit card for 2500.00 limit. I think he's full of ****, but I'm trying to match or beat his supposed offer.

Anyone can do this? All my lenders are under 5k on short term MCAs, I need a longer term to get her to 15k.

You want nearly 3x her monthly revenue with a 545 credit score. ?

The $15,000 will be three separate offers that the broker will try and triple fund in one day without the other MCA companies knowing. I'm sure they told her that in 30 days it will convert to a 5 year term loan at 7.99% as well.

I don't see how else they are getting her 15k, thought maybe I'm missing something here, but I'll call her bluff n tell her to take their offer. She'll be buried n bankrupt if she takes their offer.
