Personally, I’ll take them over EBF, Pearl, ECG, Fundworks, Premiere.

If anyone has any good contact for their ISO relations please provide, as I have also tried contacting them in the past.

Definitely. If you submit to them consistently, you'll see they have a better process all around. If you do one-off deals, of course EBF/Pearl/Premiere can beat them out on a few.

    No COJ on a 250k 2nd or 3rd is a no brainer.

How's Pearl? I funded 7 deals with Everest this month. Fundworks always gives me lower approval. Ondeck, Quicksilver & Everest giving me the best results. I need a competitor for Everest.

Everest falls kind of in the middle of a bunch of different banks and because they have a bigger box then most there really isnt one competitor. For deals you get longer approvals with lower buyrates on there are some banks that I use and when they have shorter approvals with higher buy rates there are other banks that can compete on those deals.. If your not working with Strategic i would definitely put them in the mix, but strategic

Basically I'm looking for a high risk lender. Can send my declines from top lenders. Lower 500 credit, few negatives

yeah, i got that from this thread. a big demand is still going on for lower credit, second + positions out there. SFS wouldn't be a go to for that or any A paper funder. As far as the lower offers, it's crazy, but, the offers are so different funder to funder with the exact same data. The first offer must be the best offer. I wonder sometimes what is the point of knowing someone needs $40k to offer $15K and expect that to close with them.

SFS definitely not a spot for the lower end deals good for the upper mid level to higher end deals

That's a great point. The fact that offers differ from every lender/funder really shows no one has the perfect formula. It all comes down to where the lender/funder gets their money and what return that group wants. It's not apples to apples, but with a mortgage you essentially get the same rates for whatever credit profile you are. Some brokers may switch up how fess are paid, or maybe can close a little quicker, but all in all, the amounts and rates are not vastly different from one to the next.

Cresthill made some changes that should fill this exact "need" approving large file declines from the bigger funders !

Things have changed at EBF, we have a strong ISO support team that is here to help you at all times. The days of not getting someone on the phone here are OVER! While we can't be everything to all people I believe we will try our best to meet your needs. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will make sure that you have a rep assigned to you and we can review our process and what great changes we have made to keep you all happy!

We look forward to hearing from you and working on your files!!
