We have advanced capital to many in that space. No site inspections.

so, we have learned that many higher risk funder's give about 30% max of the monthly gross sales as offers, and, a lot of times lower. We had a few that in the past would throw out $5K as an offer which was a total disgrace. you really should dive into their underwriting upfront before even signing up with some of these guys. not only will you waste your time and money, you will annoy your client and more than likely, that app and their social will be shotgunned around. buyer beware on all the claims to do all these wonderful things. if they cant tell you the % of gross they fund on average or against adbs, run.

As long as they do $3.5mm a year minimum and have good A/R or collateral I can get them 12-18%
