    Need Financing for Large Retailer - with funding circle

    Hello,

    I have a client looking for a loan - they have a Funding Circle loan at 15% interest and they just received a PayPal loan for $110,000 at 13%.

    PayPal (Swift) is not 13% it is a factor rate- likely 1.13 for 12 months which converts to approximately 25% APR.

    Question is: why wouldn't the client simply get a longer term note for less than 10% and get rid of these shorter amortizations?
