Happy Friday everybody. Does anybody know about an MCA firm that works with Invoice Factoring companies under an inter-creditor agreement and can competitively finance 3 weeks bridge loans under that structure?

Most MCA Funders do not request to be protected by an inter-creditor agreement- and the verbiage in those agreements can take considerable time to iron out. Pricing for the advance will be based on the standard MCA dynamics.. Simply request an aggressive early pay discount for somewhat competitive rates.

The Factor will not like being stacked- no senior secured lender does. I can say that 8 out of 10 files we see are stacked behind Senior Debt.

While Carl's group does this (as Nigel posted) you might encounter challenges if Breakout does not have an inter-creditor with existing factor, and also if your client does not meet their UW criteria.

While I'm not advocating stacking- if your client is really only needing the money for a few weeks- you should understand the nuances.
