    Any lenders similar to WBL?

Are there any lenders out there that use collateral like WBL or are they the only ones doing that?

    MCA funders you mean?
Banks and real lenders use collateral all day long. There are hundreds of real estate lenders.

It would be helpful to run some scenarios by the forum, we can give you some feedback.
What TYPE of collateral are you looking to monetize?

If it's a large commercial property or multifamily property with no debt on it and also happens to be in or directly around a large city I can do a hard money deal.

not looking for hard money because he already has a position on the property and at 50% LTV he will not net enough for what he needs. Looking for an inflated MCA like WBL does...they actually already have this client an offer he is about to take so I am trying to see if there is anybody else out there to potentially get him a better offer

Client has a 1st lein on a resteraunt that is 95% complete under construction. Exit strategy is an SBA loan he will be receiving in a month. Needs capital now, unable to find any CRE lenders that will take 2nd position, the guys that want first want 10pts up front (not including any of my points) saying restraunts are risky and the area he is in is small...offering only 50% LTV. This leaves him with only 200K (est appraised value will be 1.6-1.8MM) he needs 300K. WBL offered him 350K the other day and he is about to take it.

Definitely not a broker shop. They are direct and have been mentioned a million times on this forum as a alternative to WBL. Use the search bar next time.
