Can anyone fund a merchant with a business tax ID but no social?

Does they have an ITIN? Or are they here on an expired Visa? I have experience with these situations...

Yes, these get funded.

But the real questions are: 1)merchant's visa status, and 2)do they have US credit that can be pulled?

ive funded a couple deals with Greenbox using ITIN number, if they have one that usually works

one was 39k and the other was 20k but they renewed him few times since.
