Who Are Some of Your Favorite Lenders and Why?

With all of the new lenders entering this space on what seems to be a daily basis, how do you distinguish who to work with? Are they better and if so, what makes them better than some of the more established ones?

Who: APP group International is My fav.

Reason: Bc I work for them. They don't have in-house sales/brokers

What makes them better: They don't Backdoor & are competitive to YS & similar firms

My dream: World peace & free kit kat's

I don’t mess with the new ones because 99% of them are just white labeling standard 1.49s paying 8-10 points. Funders I like most:

    1) do bulk of underwriting upfront
    2) use Docusign
    3) will gather docs/stips directly from merchants
    4) Do NOT use COJs

and pay renewals and do not backdoor. that may wipe out 99% of them lol.

    I hardly try new companies

Credibly- Good A/B Lender-upfront underwriting, quick closing via Docusign and Fast funding
IOU-Good rates, simple interest if you can fit into their underwriting box
Libertas, and Quarterspot are also on my go to list.

When it comes to high risk files, Cooper incorporates all 4 of these practices. And instead of 1.499, most of our offers go out at a 1.32 to 1.34 buy rate-
