Just a refresher about the business practices of Juan Pasalugua, Alex P, and their joke of a company lenderzhub:

1) Claimed to be direct lenders (false)
2) Claimed to lend while operating under a bank's license (false)
3) Claimed to be licensed to lend using a real estate license of another company (False. BRE#s are not business lending licenses)
4) Claimed to operate from an "office suite" (false -- their address comes back to an apartment)
5) Ragged on mortgage brokers only to find out they are mortgage brokers (working for other mortgage brokers: TDE Capital Inc -- who they claimed was a bank)
6) They aren't even licensed to broker loans in California (TRUE)

Listen, we've seen people try and pull fast ones on here before, and get caught in lies, but these fools have taken the cake. Just lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They aren't even good liars. This thread shows the evidence.

Avoid these scammers at all costs.
