The saddest **** was when Prosperum got caught stealing Direct Capital’s privacy policy, and posting on Prosperum’s website as it’s own.

Imagine if they were really funders (they’re not): if you steal other’s legal language that costs about $20, imagine how hacked up their contracts would be.

I created an application from 4 sources in a mad dash rush when I first started...top off of one funding company..middle another bottom anoher..half disclaimer...another.. full.....then I re-created it into my own..

had this nasty lime green ** make sure you fill out all fields on the bottom

Someone is selling training information on the web...attached to a celebrity and low and behold I get the nasty lime green application sent from a guy in ther midwest sent back to me.

I said...where did you get this from lol...whoever is using that cease and desist( even though its just a blank application cut the top off of it)...what a mess

The hell with showing bank statements, don't ever send your deal to them. You have been warned by many on this forum.

What I don’t understand is what exactly is privileged confidential information here, on a public forum?

The name of the game is honesty.

Prosperum will never get another one of my deals. They blantantly LIE. It wasnt a whitelabel, it wasnt syndication - It was straight up deceitful - almost criminal.

Prosperum provided me a Fake contract from with Prosperums name on it - then sent the real contract from the real lender directly to the merchant. I dont know if it was a blatant attempt to steal the deal - or this was just the extreme legnth they went to to appear like a direct funder.

With this deal it was 100k+ and we provided emails and proof to the lender and were awarded the deal, meanwhile prosperum ISO agreement was terminated with the lender.

It was just crazy. We have no issues with co brokering or whatever you want to call it, we have our lenders and other brokers have their own relationships and leverage. We routinely take advantage of our friends relationships with their lenders.

The point is to be upfront and honest. We Fund in House as well as broker, and syndicate - and we are very clear. Prosperums deciet is the issue.

Furthermore - there are MANY MANY MANY reports of prosperum being shady, and doing messed up things. This isnt a one off situation where someone messed up. This is over and over and over again. No one is picking on Prosperum, their actions have resulted in the way their company is perceived.

There is no defending these actions.

If anyone wants a proper, honest broker shop to work with feel free to contact me. I have personally been in this industry since the beginning. My first real job was a Telemarketer in this industry and ive been here ever since. Went from Leasing Terminals to MCC's largest ISO at one point.

With Us your deals are safe.
