Hello........ have a file , client is in Foreclosure... got behind when business slowed down to about 400K per yr.... now doing about 1.2M per year. Looking for 60K to get an extension from bank while she works on solution . Works out of building, however if they had to move would not effect income. Don't have a lot of time. Yes i know it is a Hail Mary

Chances are, NO - is the property in a trust or separate llc? is it her primary residence? if its a personal bankruptcy the home is part of the asset list.

its possible, he is doing 100k a month. Had a similar situation once, no one wanted to touch file. I got underwriter to agree to fund and they send part of funding directly to merchants mortgage bank to get him current and it funded.
