Retail Capital will fund Non Branded gas stations. We normally do not touch the typical branded gas stations - think franchises that we all recognize or even local franchises we are unfamiliar with. This is due to both contractual obligations that they usually have to the "franchise." However, the determining factor is normally if they own their processing and bank accounts or not. Many branded stations process through the brand and some also have their bank acct under their ownership which nullifies our contract.
Two other big considerations on gas stations - normally we do no more than 5% of the gross and 6 months max. Cash flow has to be strong to warrant an approval. However we will fund them.
