I've had nothing but a great experience with Landon Thompson at Yellowstone. He has always paid me on refi's and has always been able to get an offer on any deal either within Yellowstone or through a third party. Though he is not originally from this industry he has taken to it like a fish in water. If anyone is having issues with their rep over there I suggest him.

I haven't been on here for a while (i am always watching), but i gotta give a big up to Landon. I've been working with him since 2016 as my ysc rep, and nearly every deal I've had in competition, we've won, due to Landon's relationships with underwriters at Yellowstone (whether we need more days, more $$, a lower fee, or 10k+ more then a competing in-house situation, he's come through for us), speed, and hustle (he gets my deals funded, no matter what).

Well I had some issue with my previous rep from YSC but then changed it to Anthony. Sent him my first deal and it was 35K quick funded.
