Pretty new to this forum, currently working with a client who is looking for $250k

Merchant sells primarily on amazon and they are currently holding his a/r for 90-120 days, close to $300k, he is in need of $250k for inventory

willing to put up primary residence as collateral.

anyone can help me out with placing this type of financing, greatly appreciated.
