Ml factors brokers beware
This company doesn't follow their own signed contract. After overcollecting payments totalling over $2000 and 20 phone calls/emails to them they refuse to return the money to the merchant. They have claimed every excuse from adding fees to the back end that weren't agreed upon to needing updated bank statements before releasing the funds back. This merchant NEVER missed one payment or defaulted in anyway even though they only funded half the amount promised without lowering the daily payments and were not upfront about the fees between the funder and broker even though on the recorded call pointed questions were asked. They claim they will not send money back until they get statements to see if stacking occured even though the signed contract DOES NOT indeed have a stacking fee clause. I would beware of doing any business with this company as they claim to be different but are basicallly stealing money from small business. At the end of the day this merchant paid $2000 in fees and $29600 in return.
