    Placing a split with NAB

Does anybody else have extreme difficulty working with NAB? Placing a split with them takes upwards of two weeks... one week if we hound them every day.

    Hi Jacob,

At BMS we specialize in working with MCA companies and implementing splits generally take up to 24 hours. Our rate comparisons are done within hours and the same goes for approvals. We have a dedicated ISO support team just for Funding comapnies as we understand that time is $$. Please contact me at Perry@swipebms.com or my direct number 212-444-9567.
    Thank you,

    Perry Chen

Same issue here....they dont work with outside funders for obvious reasons (they fund too with another subsidiary). They are not very helpful

Doesn't most NAB advance business go to Rapid Capital Funding in Miami?

It's to the point now where we're better off boarding the merchant elsewhere.

Capital for Merchants is/was NAB's in house Merchant Advance Company....It was the ONLY reason I ever sent a Processing Account to NAB...

They are the absolute worst credit card processing company! Unfortunately they just bought out Total Merchant Services and they have brought the same terrible policies with them :

    a. Being transferred to a specialist, wait on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected
    b. Being told all of the terminals in your account will not be affected (by internal changes) just to have your phone blow up because customers cannot process credit cards
    c. Dealing with staff that don't know their job...and tell you bs to get off of the phone
    d. Billing too much and then apologizing..(oh sure after the fact)

NAB is the worst and poor TMS thinks they are going to improve the cluster of a processor that doesn't care about the merchants or the ISO's.

    STay away!!
