    2 Transaction - Multi Unit Purchase in CA

    8 UNIT

    1. Purchase Price: $750,000
    2. Down Payment: 30%
    3. Annual Rental Income: $75,000
    4. Fico’s: 700+

    5 UNIT

    1. Purchase Price: $500,000
    2. Down Payment: 30%
    3. Annual Rental Income: $42,000

    A Credit, 30% down. 5 Years TIB

    The client is all about rate and term. Please contact me if you can fund these type of real estate loans.

    This seems pretty straight-forward.
    If you want to co-broker it, let me know.
    Lots of work (real estate deal), but there's likely about 3 points available.
    30-year amortization and 3-7 year fixed rate?
