Was the 1.2 Million gross revenue or profit?

    500K @ 7.25% over 60 = $9.959.68 Monthly Payment
I'm assuming they do not have real estate?

Possible, but the file has to make sense.

Ben... we are NOT direct lenders however we work with over 100 lending partners.

At 100k top line per month, the client will need to show substantial NOI for 500k on a short term loan. The longer the term, the more likely they will be able to afford 500k. This will NOT be an advance, and likely NOT be a term shorter than 60 months- unless they are clearing a 10-15% net profit per month- to afford the debt service.

The industry type, guarantor credit, and assets (if applicable) will determine where the file should go. Feel free to touch base if you would like assistance packaging it and sending it to a Bank/Lender.
