What funders actually like these and don't charge a 1.4 buy rate, and pay respectively on renewals?

Retail Capital doesn't necessarily do "starter" offers. Our split minimum deal is 5K and we require at least 5K in processing. Our smallest ACH deal is 10K. Our rates on a 4 month offer is a 1.34 with 9% on payback commission built in (12% on funded), you can always adjust your commission to lower the rate. Today I had a deal that we made a 13K 7 month offer that Pearl declined.

We will look at deals for under $10K, on minimum average monthly deposits of $12K. As to commissions- we likewise are ok with buying down the rate and pay w/in 24 hours @ the same rate for the first 2 renewals.

Candidly, Jeannette's @ Retail payouts are going to be better, but we will fund smaller high risk files they may not-

Can fund a 10k loan in 3-5 business days. Short term business loan, 6-12 months. Amount we can lend is based on the cash flow of the company.
