If it is a non-owner occupied investment property, in which case the borrower owns the property and is renovating it. I can offer a cash-out refinance, short term bridge loan with interest only payments up to a 75% LTV of the property value, then once the property is completed, we can refinance into our Perm 30 year program, based on a 70% LTV of the appraisal value.
